What is Bibble Daily?
Each day, Bibble Daily chooses one hidden biblical character. Your guesses reveal comparisons across five categories: Testament, era, Bible book, role or story, and family or social circle. Use those comparisons to narrow the possibilities and find the hidden name.
The game is designed as a small daily challenge for people who enjoy Scripture, deduction games, or learning how biblical characters and stories connect. It is independently created and is not affiliated with a church, denomination, Bible publisher, or advertising network.
How to play
- Start with any biblical character in the game's searchable list.
- Compare the five Clues produced by that guess. Green means a match, yellow means close, and black means not close.
- Follow arrows for earlier or later Bible order. A fire symbol marks a direct connection to the hidden character.
- If you get stuck, a Verse Hint unlocks after four incorrect guesses and a Story Hint unlocks independently after five.
- Solve the puzzle, share a spoiler-free result, and return the next day for a new character.
Each accepted guess adds one point. Opening the Verse Hint adds one point, and opening the Story Hint adds two. Lower scores represent a more direct solve. You have eight accepted guesses; a wrong eighth guess records a DNF and reveals the answer. Ambiguous, unknown, and duplicate entries do not count as guesses.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a maximum number of guesses?
Yes. Each puzzle allows eight accepted guesses. The eighth can still solve the puzzle; if it is wrong, the run is recorded as a DNF and the answer is revealed.
Why can't I find a particular character?
The reviewed character pool is intentionally curated rather than exhaustive. More characters may be added after their names, relationships, Story Hints, and Bible references have been checked for consistent gameplay.
Which Bible text and data does the game use?
Character metadata is editorially reviewed for the game. Verse Hints use the public-domain World English Bible, with compatible open-data sources used for research and verification. Full source information is available on the Data credits page.
Does the game require an account?
No. Progress and personal lifetime statistics are stored in your browser. Completed-game analytics are anonymous and do not create a persistent player profile. The Data & privacy page explains the details.
Feedback and contact
After completing or revealing a puzzle, open the optional feedback form below the results to report confusing Clues, missing characters, technical problems, or general suggestions. Nothing from that form is sent until you choose to submit it. Submitted feedback includes a detailed record of that completed game so the issue can be reproduced, but the form does not ask for your name or email.
Feedback is reviewed to identify repeatable problems and recurring, well-understood friction. A single difficult puzzle or isolated score is not treated as sufficient evidence for a gameplay change.
